ENTRY AND ELIGIBILITY
This contest runs between 9:00 a.m. EST January 1, 2011 and 5:00 p.m. EST December 31, 2011 (the "Contest Period"). Any participating business registered for the Switch Out program that returns at least, but not limited to, two pails containing automotive mercury switches during the contest period shall be automatically given one entry ballot into the contest by the Switch Out Program Director. Branches of large companies shall be entered individually so long as that specific branch is registered as a Switch Out program participant and has complied with the rules of entry and eligibility. Eligibility for entry ballots shall be determined by reports from Switch Out employed storage units and results found in the Switch Out database "Footprints" that contains an accurate listing of all registered Switch Out program participants and the automotive mercury switch collection results of every participant. "Footprints" is a database system created by "Parachute Software", a third- party company. http://www.parachutesoftware.com/
